Inside Meet (Sedans and SUVs Only):
Head to the baggage carousel associated with your flight. Your GO Riteway driver will be holding a sign with your name.
Curbside Pickup:
You will receive a text message that includes your driver’s name and cell phone number*. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver when you are ready to be picked up.

Our cancellation policy differs depending on which fleet option is booked –
For Sedans, SUVs, & Vans: cancel more than 24 hours prior to your pickup time and face no additional fees. After that, there is a 25% fee for cancellations made 8-24 hours prior, and no refunds given for cancellations within 8 hours of your scheduled pickup time.
For Minicoaches & Motorcoaches: you can cancel 21 days prior to your departure date and face no additional fees. There is a 25% fee for cancellations made 14-21 days prior, a 50% fee for cancellations made 7-13 days prior, and no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior.
If you meet your driver over 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, you will be subject to a late fee.
Passengers are allowed two regular-sized checked bags each. If you need to bring more luggage, you can either pay additional luggage fees or upgrade to a larger vehicle if needed.
Car seats are required for passengers under 8 years of age and must be provided and installed into our vehicles by the customer.
