For Sedans, SUVs, & Vans:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip are at no charge, while a 25% fee is applied to cancellations made 8-24 hours before departure time. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 8 hours of departure time.
For Minicoaches & Motorcoaches:
Cancellations made over 21 days before departure time face no charge, while a 25% fee is applied to cancellations made 14-21 days before your departure date, a 50% fee for cancellations made 7-13 days before your departure date, and no refunds for cancellations made within 6 days of your departure date.
There is an additional charge for a wait time greater than 15 minutes beyond your scheduled pickup time.
Two regular-sized checked bags are allowed per passenger. Those with extra bags may pay an additional fee or upgrade to a larger fleet option.
Customer-supplied car seats are required for passengers under 8 years of age and must be customer-installed into our vehicles.
