Safety is our top priority. We take every precaution to ensure students reach their destination safely. This includes proactively maintaining our fleet of school buses, undergoing regular safety inspections, performing background checks on all of our drivers, ample driver training.
All of the drivers we employ undergo a background check, drug test, and medical screening before they are hired. Then, they enter an extensive performance-based training program, which requires that the new driver must demonstrate skills and proficiency prior to graduating to solo operation. After this initial training, drivers are required to participate in ongoing safety and operations training. Remedial training is required if a driver falls below our expected standard. Our school bus drivers are trained specifically to drive a school bus.
