We have differing policies depending on what fleet option you chose:
Sedans, SUVs, & Vans:
Cancellation over 24 hours prior = no extra charge
Cancellation 8-24 hours prior = 25% fee
Cancellation less than 8 hours prior = no refund
Minicoaches & Motorcoaches:
Cancellation over 21 days prior = no extra charge
Cancellation 14-21 days prior = 25% fee
Cancellation 7-13 days prior = 50% fee
Cancellation less than 7 days prior = no refund
Yes, you will be charged an additional fee if you are over 15 minutes late for your scheduled pickup time.
Two regular-sized checked bags are allowed per passenger. Those with extra bags may pay an additional fee or upgrade to a larger fleet option.
Children under 8 years of age must ride in a car seat supplied and installed into our vehicle by the customer.
